I am writing on behalf of Gayle Cost. We recently used her as a realtor and were extremely pleased with her service. My husband was in Iraq and I was in Alexandria VA, trying to find our new home in Nashville (on line). Obviously, this is very difficult.

Gayle was nice enough to take our case and try to set up as many appointments as possible upon my husbands 2 day visit to Nashville.

Gayle and I had several conversations and she was immediately perceptive on what we wanted and gave us good direction on where we did and did not want to live. Based on those conversations she was able to optimize my husband's visit and we were able to immediately purchase a house.

The caveat here is I needed Gayle to be my eyes "as a female" for I was unable to physically look with my husband (just delivering a newborn) and really was depending on her to help "me" fulfill some of my needs too.

She was very diplomatic. Not only did she help give my husband good direction but helped me with some "female" input. I very pleased with my home and could not have done it without Gayle.

I love the house. It is everything I dreamed of in a first home. I still got a few more boxes left to unpack, but in time that will be taken care of. Of course, my thought is if I have lived without it for a few months than I probably don't need to keep it. Hehehe.
